ASC Info and Bookings
The Arts Student Centre has four bookable study rooms
BOOKING RULES:

Each booking can be up to two hours long.

If you would like to change your room after you've booked one, please cancel your original booking through the confirmation email and make a new booking.

Please limit yourself to one booking session per day at the ASC.

Please keep the rooms clean and tidy. Do not remove any furniture or stationary from the room.

The Arts Undergraduate Society reserves the right to modify or delete any bookings.
This booking system is intended for individuals. If you are an AUS club looking to book a space for your event, please get in touch with our Bookings Administrator at: ascservices@aus.ubc.ca

Event Bookings
Looking for a venue to host your event? The Arts Student Centre at UBC is open for everyone to book!
See below for details on how to make a booking, what amenities are available in the building, and if booking rates apply. While Arts groups receive priority, other groups can book the ASC for their event needs providing the event is in line with the AUS.
Building booking requests must be made at the latest 2 weeks in advance. For more information on how to make a booking request, click the page below!
